The site is located within the tropical rainforest, next to a river and surrounded by hills covered in vegetation. The land is a narrow valley with a 15-meter elevation difference from the entrance to the back. The design incorporates this delta through ramps and terraces along the entire route, ensuring the project is universally accessible.
The Program includes the following areas: Reception, River Protection Zone, Restaurant with Terrace and Bleachers, Deck, Pool, and Restrooms/Changing Rooms. In summary, it is a place where people can enjoy leisure time in contact with nature.
The entire construction is lightweight and rests on stilts. This keeps the interior space dry, optimizes the construction footprint, and allows the vegetation to remain in its natural state, requiring low garden maintenance and providing high rainwater absorption.
