This project corresponds to an architectural competition which called for an observation point and a visitor center un the area of Mýtvatn in northern Iceland, near the Vogagjá fissure. The master plan aligns to the fissure, starting with the visitor center, following elevated walkways and accesses parallel to the fissure and finishing the visual route with an observation tower. During the day the project blends with the landscape, and at night, it functions as a kind of beacon.
