The offices of JG Ingenieros are located in an affiliated property within Cityzen – a mixed-use center in San Antonio de Belén. The scope of services for this project included: a test fit process, architectural plans, coordination with electromechanical engineering, and permitting processes.
The program includes: an open work area, storage and printing spaces, meeting rooms, and a kitchenette/dining area. This program is arranged in an “L” shape, with the main circulation path running parallel to the core of the main building. This design ensures smooth and clear access for daily use and emergencies, while all spaces benefit from natural light.
