This project consisted on delivering the design, architectural plans and specifications for the renovation of the hotel´s public areas in order to update them according to the Courtyard Marriott standards – while adapting the spaces to the hotel´s specific needs and context. The areas to renovate: reception, lounge, conference rooms, restaurant, bar and terrace. All of the above within the brand´s guidelines – for the approval not only of the hotel brand but also the building owners.
